General

AI Detector Pro uses advanced machine learning models to achieve high accuracy in detecting AI-generated content. While no detector is 100% accurate, our system consistently performs well across various AI models including ChatGPT, GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and others. The accuracy may vary depending on the type of content and how heavily it has been edited.

Our text detection primarily supports English content with the highest accuracy. We also support other major languages including Spanish, French, German, and more. The accuracy may vary for non-English text, and we're continuously improving support for additional languages.

AI Detector Pro supports the most common image formats: JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP. You can upload images from your gallery or capture them directly using your device's camera.

The Humanize feature rewrites AI-generated text to make it sound more natural and human-like. You can choose from three intensity levels: Light (minimal changes), Medium (balanced rewriting), or Strong (significant restructuring). The feature preserves the original meaning while changing sentence structure, word choice, and writing style.

Our Humanize feature is designed to significantly reduce AI detection scores, but results may vary depending on the original content and the detector being used. We recommend running the humanized text through detection again to verify the results. Using the Strong intensity level typically produces the best results.

Privacy & Security

Yes, we take data security very seriously. Your submitted content is processed securely using encrypted connections and is not stored permanently on our servers. We comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations. You can request deletion of your data at any time through the app settings.

Content submitted for detection is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored. Your detection history is stored locally on your device and in your account for your convenience. You can delete your history at any time from the app settings.

Subscription & Billing

The free plan gives you 2 detections per day, which resets every 24 hours at midnight UTC. You can use these for either text or image detection (they share the same quota). The Humanize feature and advanced history search require a paid subscription.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, contact Google Play support. Generally, refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Simply log in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. Your subscription will be automatically restored. You can also tap "Restore Purchases" in the subscription settings within the app.

Technical

You can analyze text up to 10,000 characters per detection. For longer documents, we recommend splitting them into sections and analyzing each separately.

No, AI Detector Pro requires an internet connection to perform detections as the analysis is done on our servers using advanced AI models. However, you can view your detection history offline.

AI Detector Pro is available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 14.0 or later, and Android devices running Android 8.0 or later.
